Window was very small hence very little daylight, service was lousy (no one cleaned our room for 2 days), room size is very small, no adapters, shaving kit, no answer sometimes when you call the service center! For SR800 per night, i would expect much better.
I will not stay again at this hotel, I have made a reservation for two rooms, when I arrived at 2:30 pm, only one room was ready. They told me that the other room will be ready after one hour. So I we have to stay all in one room until the 2nd room is ready. Also they have only one small Restrant. Best regards, Ali Alkawaie
Rooms were badly maintained with numerous issues. Breakfast was amongst one of the worst I have experienced in a madina hotel
Shape of the lift lobby. Difficult to see the rest of the lift that are open due to the convex design
The hotel was very good ,room is clean , friendly staff, good breakfast ,near from Haram ,near from restaurants and small shops.Very good value for money.
when we arrived the receptionist told us the reservation was cancelled from booking and it was me i did it with no reason mentioned , i told him i didn t ,he was very nice and understanding and he adjusted it,as if nothing happened.
The staff were very friendly and the manager even called to see if we were enjoying our stay....a level of customer service unheard of in the KSA.The onsite parking is a big bonus.
The location was good but not first row. The approach is difficult due to road works, the parking was tight. I would have liked to see some package deals that include food options.
Walkable distance to Haram
No complimentary drinking water and tea bags provided, even after request
We stayed at Quad room which is quite big for a family of 6 (2 smaller children) Locationwise it is pretty good. Even though it is somewhere at the third alley from Haram, it is pretty near, especilly for ladies to go to Rawdah. Within 5 minutes walk to the foodcourt and other shopping places. If you are driving, parking is available in the basement. Wi fi in the room.
I give this hotel a rating of 3 out of 5. Pretty disappointed with the ac, Wi Fi and Restaurant. The room was a bit warm as the ac was not properly working, the Wi Fi signal was dissappointing in the room. Restaurant was not open for the 'so-called' buffet lunch even though we had called and were informed that it is open. When we got there, the restaurant was unmanned, dark, and closed. The parking is available but it is really dangerous as it one way ups and downs !!!. Can't imagine what if two cars got stucked in the middle! The parking is available until b4!!.
An attractive design of the interior of the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the mosque. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet.
Very subdued lighting. Corridors somewhat narrow that gives a cramped feeling. Lighting on the tenth floor corridor went out and it took sometime and couple of calls to reception to have turned on again. There should have been tea and coffee in the room. The fridge was very flimsy. The safe in the room could not be opened.
Excellent hotel with wonderful location, neat and clean room though little bit small but can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children
No complementary breakfast, expensive food
The location is excellent
Staff working at hotel should imporve behaviour
Location of hotel (near to haram) its in 3rd row to haram..
took long to check in, only one staff member to check in, no bell boy to carry luggage.. as he was only one to attend hotel staff
The proximity to the Haram and the food were both attractive as a pilgrim.
Very nice hotel and it worths more than its value for money. I will book it again.
there is no coffee and tea in the room.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very cleand and commfort. At the moment the location is wonderful.
Nothing, Everything was wonderful
